The city of Mirabel, Quebec is located in the Greater Montréal metropolitan area.

In terms of education, it can be very difficult to access high schools and primary schools on foot from houses for sale in Mirabel. Moreover, daycares are not plentiful and thus may require a very long walk to get to.


Mirabel is reasonably good for those who prefer quiet surroundings, as the streets tend to be tranquil - however noise can be bothersome near the airport (YMX), one of the railway lines, Autoroute des Laurentides or Autoroute 50. The greenery in this city is not especially prominent; there are over 100 public green spaces close by for residents to unwind in.
