Cars are an excellent mode of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is especially convenient to park, and the majority of properties for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, such as E.C. Row Expressway. However, the public transit network in Malden is not very practical. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and most properties are near a bus stop. Most homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot because running common errands is inconvenient by walking.

Getting to the closest supermarket on foot is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in this area. There are also a few choices for those who value restaurants and cafes in close proximity. In terms of education, this part of Windsor does not have any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, families may find it difficult for their kids to access daycares on foot.

Malden offers a broad selection of green spaces to enjoy. There are a few parks close by for residents to visit, such as Spring Garden Natural Area and Ojibway Tom Joy Woods, and they are very well-situated, which makes them very easy to reach. This part of the city is relatively calm, as there are very few pedestrians.
