Lifestyle

Transportation

This area is very car friendly. Parking is quite easy, and it is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway, such as E.C. Row Expressway, from anywhere in this area. On the other hand, the public transit system in Forest Glade is not very practical. Thankfully, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses. It is inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate this part of Windsor since most daily needs are impractical to carry out on foot.

Services

Parents and their kids will welcome that no matter where their home is located in this area, primary schools are nearby. However, this neighbourhood does not have any high schools. Regarding eating, a portion of home buyers in this area may be able to travel to one of around 10 supermarkets on foot, while others will have to rely on another means of transportation. There are also over 50 restaurants and cafes in Forest Glade.

Character

People who prefer a slower-paced environment will enjoy Forest Glade. There are around 10 green spaces close by for residents to unwind in, such as Derwent Park and Twin Oaks, and they are very well-spread out, making them easy to reach. This area is also quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - however some parts can be quite loud, especially near E.C. Row Expressway or one of the railway lines.
