Cars are a great transportation option in this neighbourhood. Parking is quite easy, and nearby highways, such as E.C. Row Expressway, are reasonably easy to drive to from any home in this part of the city. On the other hand, Devonshire is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close. Walking is not particularly practical for home buyers in Devonshire since most daily needs are at times difficult to carry out without the use of a vehicle.


It is convenient to reach the nearest supermarket on foot from most properties for sale in this neighbourhood. Residents are served by over 50 restaurants and coffee shops as well. Additionally, it is a reasonably short distance to a decent selection of clothing stores. In terms of education, primary schools are easy to walk to from anywhere in Devonshire. In contrast, parents and their children may consider it challenging to get to high schools on foot. Residents have the choice between public and private high schools.


There is an extensive selection of green spaces in Devonshire. There are a few parks nearby for residents to relax in, including Devonwood Conservation Area, and they are very well-situated, which makes it easy to get to them. It is relatively serene in this part of the city, thanks to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets.
