Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in North Aldershot. It is very convenient to come across a place to park, and the majority of houses for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 407. However, North Aldershot is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally relatively close by. It is very difficult for people walking to navigate North Aldershot as very few daily errands can be run on foot. This area is also not very conducive to cycling as riding is made difficult by the often steep terrain, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive.
Services
Accessing the nearest grocery store on foot is practical for some, but not all, property owners in this area. Residents of North Aldershot are served by a few restaurants as well. In terms of education, families may find it difficult to get to high schools and primary schools on foot. In addition, daycares are not very numerous and consequently not always within walking distance.
Character
Due to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets, North Aldershot remains relatively quiet. Parks are occasionally hard to reach since they aren't well-situated. Despite that, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to unwind in.
