Cars are an excellent transportation option in University. It is a rather short drive to the closest highway from any location in this neighbourhood, and coming across a parking spot is easy. However, this part of the city is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Travelling on foot is not especially convenient for residents in University as few daily needs can be carried out without having to use a car.

It is occasionally an option for house buyers in this part of the city to travel to the nearest supermarket on foot. Nonetheless, it is generally a rather short distance to the nearest pharmacy, which can provide some staple foods. With respect to education, both primary and secondary schools are convenient to get to on foot from any location in this part of the city. On the other hand, it can be difficult to access daycares as a pedestrian.
