The majority of homes for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be difficult in Panorama Village as a result of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. It is very impractical for pedestrians to get around in Panorama Village as very few daily errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle. Biking is also very hard in this neighbourhood as the cycling infrastructure is quite bad, and riding a bicycle is made arduous by the typically hilly area.


There are no high schools and no primary schools in Panorama Village. Moreover, daycares are not numerous and consequently may require a very long walk to get to. With regards to food, it is very rarely feasible for property owners in this part of the municipality to shop for their groceries on foot. Residents of Panorama Village benefit from a few restaurants.
