Transportation
Cedardale is especially car friendly. It is a short drive to the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, from anywhere in this part of West Vancouver, and coming across a parking spot is quite easy. In contrast, getting around by transit can be occasionally difficult in Cedardale as a result of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. This part of the municipality is not very appropriate for bicycling because cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes. There are also relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Cedardale, even though many common errands can be run without the use of a car.
Services
The closest grocery store in this neighbourhood is usually only a reasonably short walk away. Additionally, Cedardale is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat. In terms of education, parents and their kids will appreciate the proximity to primary schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority houses for sale in Cedardale. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this part of West Vancouver. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools.
Character
There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Cedardale. There are about 10 parks nearby for residents to visit and they are very well-distributed, which results in them being very easy to reach from a lot of locations within this part of West Vancouver. Lastly, due to the presence of few people out and about on the streets, this area remains relatively quiet, although noise levels are higher closer to Trans-Canada Highway.
