Commuting by car is especially convenient in Bayridge. Nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are very easy to access from anywhere in this part of the municipality, and it is very convenient to park. In contrast, commuting by transit can be challenging in Bayridge as a result of the low service level. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is usually just around the corner. Walking is not very feasible for home buyers in this part of West Vancouver because almost no daily errands can be run without the use of a car. Bayridge is also not very appropriate for biking because riding is made strenuous by the typically sloping terrain, and the cycling network is quite bad.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Bayridge. Moreover, there are only a few daycares and accordingly they can be a long walk away. With regards to eating, house buyers in Bayridge usually have to rely on a car to access the closest supermarket.

There is a reasonably good selection of green spaces in Bayridge. There are a few parks nearby for residents to visit and they are especially well-distributed, which makes them easy to access. Finally, as there are very few people out and about on the streets, this neighbourhood remains relatively quiet.
