Olympic Village is a great part of Vancouver for car-free transportation options. Getting around by public transit is very convenient in this area. More specifically, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. Olympic Village is also an extremely pleasant part of Vancouver for pedestrians; all common errands can be run on foot, and numerous businesses of different types can be found as well. This area is quite bike-friendly since there are a limited number of hills, and the cycling network is excellent.

Both primary and secondary schools are convenient to reach on foot from most homes for sale in Olympic Village. However, families may find it difficult for their children to access daycares as a pedestrian. Olympic Village is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. It is easy to access parks in the neighbourhood since there are a few of them close by for residents to visit.
