Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. This part of Mission is not very well-suited for walking because many daily needs are difficult to carry out on foot.

There are also a few choices for those who appreciate nearby restaurants. When it comes to education, in this neighbourhood, families will often be able to get to daycares and schools by walking. Cedar Valley is especially quiet overall, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Public green spaces aren't well-distributed, which makes it sometimes difficult to access them. Despite that, there are a few parks close by for residents to check out.
