Getting around by car is very convenient in Southwest Mission. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, getting around by public transit is very hard in Southwest Mission. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the sector, and most homes are close to a bus stop. Walking is not very practical for house buyers in Southwest Mission because many daily needs are very impractical to carry out without the use of a vehicle.
Services
There are only a few primary schools in this part of Kelowna and therefore they can be a rather long walk away. Additionally, Southwest Mission does not contain any high schools. Likewise, daycares are not particularly numerous and accordingly may require a long walk to get to. Parents benefit from public and private primary schools. This part of Kelowna is also wonderful for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
