Driving is usually the best method to navigate Mount Dufferin. It is a rather short drive to the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, from any home in this area, and it is especially convenient to park. On the other hand, commuting by public transit is very hard in this neighbourhood. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and most properties are close to a bus stop. Mount Dufferin is not very well-suited for those who travel by foot since carrying out daily needs is impractical.
