Driving is a great transportation option in Sumas Way. Nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are easy to reach from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to park. However, the public transit system in Sumas Way is rather limited. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most residences are close to a bus stop. Sumas Way is not very well-suited for walking as most daily needs are inconvenient to carry out on foot.
Services
Sumas Way does not have any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, it can be difficult to walk to daycares from houses for sale in this part of Abbotsford. With respect to food, it is easy to get to the nearest supermarket on foot from anywhere in this neighbourhood. A limited variety of restaurants and cafes is available as well.
Character
There is a broad selection of green spaces in Sumas Way. There are a few parks close by for residents to explore, resulting in them being easy to get to from most locations in this area. Finally, as there are very few people out and about on the streets, this area is relatively quiet.
