Peardonville is an extremely good part of Abbotsford for moving around by car. It is especially convenient to park, and nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are very easy to access from any home in this area. However, the public transit network in Peardonville is not very practical. Thankfully, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Many of the houses for sale in this part of Abbotsford are located in places that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot as running common errands is impractical.

A vehicle is usually needed in this neighbourhood to access the nearest grocery store. Nonetheless, pharmacies are typically easy to get to on foot and sell some basic food items.
