Transportation

Aberdeen is very car friendly. It is very easy to come across a place to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in this area is not very practical. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood. This part of the city is not very conducive to those who travel by foot as running common errands is very difficult by walking.

Services

A car is almost always needed in Aberdeen to access the closest supermarket. There are also a few opportunities for those who value restaurants in close proximity. With respect to education, there are only a few primary schools in Aberdeen and therefore they can be a long walk away. Furthermore, this part of the city does not have any high schools. Likewise, daycares are not plentiful and therefore not always within walking distance.

Character

Aberdeen is reasonably quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - although there are still several noisier sections, especially close to Trans-Canada Highway. It is occasionally difficult to reach public green spaces since they aren't well-spread out. Still, there are a few parks close by for residents to check out.
