Riverdale is a good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. Green spaces, including Dawson Park and Louise McKinney Riverfront Park, are very well-situated and there are a few of them nearby for residents to unwind in, making them very easy to access from the majority of locations in this area. This part of Edmonton is also quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
